Full Body Reset Reflexology
A deeply relaxing treatment that works through gentle pressure on specific points on the feet which correspond to organs and systems within the body, supporting natural balance and wellbeing. Reflexology can help ease tension, improve circulation, and encourage a sense of calm throughout the body and mind.
Option to add on a scalp and face massage at the end of your treatment (a client favourite!)

Using slow, intentional strokes and pressure tailored to you, this treatment melts away tightness, eases headaches, and invites a sense of lightness and clarity.

Nest & Nurture Pregnancy Massage
A nurturing massage for both prenatal and postnatal stages, designed to support your body through change and growth. Gentle, flowing techniques help ease tension, improve circulation, and encourage a sense of balance and well-being.
This is your time to pause, reconnect with your body, and honour the incredible process of bringing new life into the world, or caring for yourself after birth.
